1 General Provisions

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Typical withdrawal processing time: 5–30 minutes.
• Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
• Funds can only be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• For any unusual transactions, bhd99 may request additional verification.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers at bhd99 are subject to specific terms. Accepting a bonus means you agree to these terms.

Welcome Bonus:

• 150% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500.
• Example: Deposit ৳14,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳10,000 → total balance ৳24,000.
• Wagering requirement: you must wager 20 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus).
• Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = you must wager ৳30,000 before withdrawing bonus winnings.

General Bonus Rules:

• Bonuses may not be claimed across multiple accounts from the same household or the same device.
• Bonuses apply to specific games or bet types — see the offer details.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable after the wagering requirement is met.

6 Gaming Rules

• Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is fair and impartial.
