Responsible Gaming — Your Protection Is Our Commitment
bhd99 believes that gaming is only truly enjoyable when it is done consciously and within control. Our protection tools and guidelines are here to keep you safe at all times.
What Is Responsible Gaming and Why Does It Matter?
Online betting and casino gaming is an enjoyable form of entertainment for many people. But like any entertainment, it should be enjoyed in moderation. bhd99 wants every player to make informed decisions and maintain control over their budget and time.
Responsible gaming is not just about following rules — it is a conscious step toward protecting your mental wellbeing, financial security, and family relationships. bhd99 is always by your side as a safe and trustworthy platform.
Remember: betting should be for entertainment, not as a source of income. Chasing losses and playing beyond your means are warning signs. We encourage you to recognize those signs and seek help in time.
The Controls Are in Your Hands
Self-Exclusion
The option to temporarily or permanently close your account for a set period. If you feel you need a break, simply contact our support team to activate this.
Deposit Limit Setting
Set a maximum deposit amount on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Once the limit is reached, the system will automatically stop accepting further deposits. Stay within your budget.
Time-Out Break
Instead of playing for long stretches, set your own time-out from 24 hours up to 30 days. During this period you will not be able to log in to your account, removing the opportunity to play excessively.
Session Time Limit
Decide in advance how long you will play in a single session. Once the set time is up, you will receive a reminder — and you can then consciously choose whether to continue playing.
24/7 Support Service
If you ever need help, reach out to bhd99 via live chat or email at any time. Our team is always ready to assist in both Bengali and English.
Account Activity Review
Stay aware of your gaming habits by reviewing your betting history, deposit amounts, and time spent. Regular reviews will help you make the right decisions.
21+ — For Adults Only
Opening an account at bhd99 and participating in any form of betting or gaming is permitted only for those aged 21 and above. This is strictly enforced and proof of age is required during account verification.
If you suspect that a minor is using your account, notify our support team immediately. We recommend using parental control software on shared family devices to prevent children or teenagers from accessing this type of platform.
If information provided at registration is found to be inaccurate during verification, the account will be cancelled and any deposited funds will not be refundable.
Signs of Problem Gambling
- Placing larger bets to try to recover losses
- Hiding the amount of money spent on betting
- Neglecting family or work responsibilities
- Continuing to play using borrowed or loaned money
- Feeling unable to stop playing
- Feeling anxious, restless, or irritable about betting
- Losing interest in other enjoyable activities
- Continuing to play beyond your budget
How to Use the Protection Tools
Activate Deposit Limits
Go to account settings and set your daily, weekly, or monthly limit from the "Deposit Limit" section. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately, but increasing one has a 72-hour waiting period to prevent impulsive decisions.
How to Take a Time-Out
Contact the support chat or send an email to [email protected] and let us know your preferred time-out duration. Once activated, you will not be able to access your account before that period ends.
Activate Self-Exclusion
If you want a longer break, use the Self-Exclusion service. Options range from 6 months to permanent exclusion. Promotional emails will also be stopped during self-exclusion.
Loss Limit
Decide in advance the maximum amount you are willing to lose over a given period. Once this limit is reached, no further bets can be placed for that day or week. This is an effective way to manage your budget.
